Terms and Conditions
We ship via UPS. Usually shipping is 3-5 days for stock items and non-stock is 1-2 weeks. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Other Freight Services"), including without limitation, LTL Freight, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Our deadline for expedited air orders is 1PM Eastern the day of the order. We also offer flat rate shipping at $14.50. Flat rate shipping only applies to domestic orders in the United States. Any extra charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. A shipment made to an incorrect party due to customer information error will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier.
Prices listed are wholesale, do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. We accept Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, and Discover. If you are a regular customer and would like to set up terms, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All 3M images on our site have been provided to Strobels Supply by the manufacturer and are, in some cases, a general image of the product and not the actual product you are ordering.
Returns can be accepted for certain products. There is a restocking fee of 20% for all returnable products. Refunds will be a credit issued to purchaser. Shipment of materials to correct a mistake on our part will be the responsibility of Strobels Supply. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. If an item is returnable, returns are only accepted up to 30 days after the date of your order. Made to order items are non-returnable or refundable. Once an order is placed for a Made to Order item the process of producing the item will start, at which point the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
