Product Description

3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 235 is a 2 part, oven curing, semi-flexible, unfilled, epoxy based, liquid resin. Resin with low viscosity and good wetting characteristics is formulated for complete impregnation of small coils. This resin is suitable for a variety of general purpose applications.

Features

  • 55 Shore D hardness
  • Elongates 75% longer than its original size for easy insulation or wrapping
  • Has 18 minute gel time at 120 °C (248 °F)
  • For general purpose applications
  • Offers permanent semi-flexibility, thermal shock and impact resistance, good electrical and adhesion properties
  • Withstands a temperature range of 0 to 130 °C (32 to 266 °F)
