Hand Taps are the most versatile taps for hand use and are popular for general machine tapping. They are also appropriate for tapping the vast majority of materials in through or blind holed conditions. Drill Bit Information: A dependable, general purpose high speed steel drill bit ideal for production, maintenance or portable drilling jobs. They are for use in a wide range of materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, metal, plastic and wood. They are surface treated with abrasion-resistant black oxide and made of high speed steel with a 118° conventional point. These drill bits are jobber (standard) length with a round shank for use in a wide range of tool holding systems.
