  • 300 m or 500 m rolls are available in standard widths of 5.4 mm, 9.3 mm, 13.3 mm, 21.3 mm, 25.5 mm, 37.4 mm and 49.4 mm
  • Reworkable and bakeable
  • Contact 3M for information on other width options
  • Suitable for components like WLCSP
  • Adhesive zones help reduce the risk of adhesive contamination or contact with devices during shipping and storage
