3M LifeASSURE MFE Series Filter Cartridges are designed for high purity chemicals in the electronics industry. These hydrophobic PTFE membranes with polypropylene components are flushed with 18-MegaOhm DI water, providing excellent chemical resistance and high-efficiency contaminant reduction in acids, bases, solvents and photoresists used in semiconductors and microelectronics applications.
