Product Description  
We designed 3M LifeASSURE PSN Series nylon filter capsules with highly retentive membrane filter elements to meet the exacting requirements of photoresist and ancillary chemical applications at point-of-use. Utilizing our Advanced Pleat Technology, 3M LifeASSURE PSN Series filter capsules provide gel and particle reduction in alcohols, bases, developers, etchants/strippers, and solvents.

  • Membrane is enclosed in an all-polypropylene capsule construction, available in 2.5 and 5-inch lengths
