The 3M™ Cut-Off Wheel 654BK is a general purpose cut-off wheel for carbide tool manufacturing. With a highly concentrated diamond abrasive mineral, solid construction and a steel core, it is commonly used for trimming tool blanks on carbides, high speed steels and hard metals.

  • Typically used on the cutting end of the tool when re-grinding and the shank end when forming a blank
  • Resin bond construction with 100 mesh diamond mineral
