3M™ Static Dissipative Easy Peel Cover Tape 2681 is a transparent, polyester film tape with a synthetic, room temperature, cold seal adhesive zone along each edge. The blocker film on component side is static dissipative. 3M cover tape 2681 featuring a unique peeling design to deliver an uniform peeling with flat seal surface is recommended for thin wafer level chip scale packages (WLCSP).
