Overview

  • With its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U provides a sharp cut – more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Durable C-weight paper backing makes the disc ideal for more aggressive jobs such as paint stripping around damaged areas and shaping filler. The Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is available in a range of sizes, and works with all collision repair substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic.
  • Our 7-hole pattern on select versions of 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U also helps clear dust from the surface of the disc, making for longer disc life and a more consistent finish.
  • Our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is designed for long life – even for tough auto body sanding projects. These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads. For best results, we recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Roll Dispenser 05450.
