3M Cubitron II Resin Bond Grinding Wheels 93BE for demanding high performance flute grinding and gashing applications on HSS round tools.3M CubitronII Resin Bond Grinding Wheels are designed for high performance grinding on high speed steel- specifically designed for the production and sharpening of HSS round cutting tools featuring a fast cutting, resilient resin bond and PrecisionShaped Grains with high resistance to heat. Resin bonds are more able to disperse heat away from the cutting surface through the coolant. They are excellent for precision work on high speed steel tools. Use in wet grinding applications with high volume flood coolant systems on CNC, these wheels can work on a large range of work piece profiles, and they’re ideal for grinding operations with high feed rates. This also allows for faster cuts and a higher cut rate.
