Product Description

Hard Surface Primer is a two component, water-based epoxy primer designed to improve the adhesion of floor coatings over difficult to coat, or marginally prepared substrates. Substrates include; hard-troweled concrete, aluminum and various types of tiles. Hard Surface Primer can be top coated with most types of floor coating technologies including acrylic, epoxies and polyurethanes.
