Such durability is ideal for applications involving vibration and impact on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, glass, and many plastics. This versatility allows this epoxy to excel across transportation, specialty vehicle, electrical, general industrial, sporting goods, construction, and consumer goods industries. With a mix ratio of 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing, this adhesive has a fast, 4-minute working time, reaching handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and fully curing in 48 hours at 72 °F (22 °C). 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive 100 Plus is available in both bulk or a Duo-Pak (DP); when using this adhesive in Duo-Pak form, rely on 3M Applicators for convenient and accurate metering, mixing, and dispensing.
