3M designed Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Sheet to help operators remove imperfections and burrs while maintaining part geometry. When sustaining part integrity is the rub – a lighter, softer abrasive is the remedy. When used properly, it equates to less scraps and rework.

Features

  • Flexible, conformable abrasive responds well to edges, contours and surface irregularities
  • Gaps between nylon fibers permit debris to escape for enhanced load resistance
  • The Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Sheet contains Very Fine-grade (VFN) mineral, making it ideal for lightweight deburring and finishing on all types of metal
  • Open web is springy, buoyant and responsive, helping to sustain overall part geometry
  • Sheet may be cut and shaped according to project needs
