Product Description  

Sika Aktivator 100 is a cleaning and activating agent specifically formulated for the treatment of bond surfaces in direct glazing applications. Designed as a single-wipe pretreatment for various Sika polyurethane adhesives used in the Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) market, Sika Aktivator PRO is manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 quality assurance system and with the responsible care program. Sika® Aktivator-100 is used to improve adhesion on substrates such as float glass, ceramic screen prints, the cut face of old Polyurethane adhesives and paints. After intensive testing, this activator is also suitable to enhance the adhesion of other Sika sealants and adhesives on non-porous substrates. Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sika Aktivator 100 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
