Product Description

The 15˝ x 15˝ blocks of material in our Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Block - 600 Series have a soft to medium density, making them a good match for medium-pressure cleaning and blending. The blocks are also effective for removing small burrs and radiusing edges, and can be customized into various shapes for a range of uses.

  • Open web is load resistant, contributing to longer abrasive service life
  • Soft/Medium density material blends surfaces to a nice finish
  • Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, available with aluminum oxide for better cut or silicon carbide for finishing exotic metals or composites
  • Open web features nylon strands that will not melt or smear when heated, reducing potential for unwanted marks and blemishes
  • Increased edge durability over the 500 Series offers better cut and adds life for light deburring and blending applications
  • 15˝ x 15˝ block in a range of thicknesses can be converted to a custom size or shape and used for hand sanding or mounted to a tool
