3M™ VHB™ Extrudable Tape GP is an automation-ready, pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered to help streamline industrial assembly through consistent, repeatable, in-format dispensing. This tape combines bonding and sealing in one product, providing a watertight seal in properly designed components while demonstrating good adhesion to metals and plastics, including high-surface-energy substrates such as stainless steel and PC/ABS, along with strong adhesion to low-surface-energy substrates like polypropylene. These characteristics are designed to help reduce cycle time, work-in-progress, and surface-prep requirements compared to many liquid adhesives — with less waste and no curing. For indoor and outdoor environments not subject to direct UV exposure, 3M™ VHB™ Extrudable Tape GP delivers reliable, long-term performance.
