3M™ Industrial Sealing Tape IS1 provides an easy sealing method that creates a moisture barrier under panels or where rivets, screws, or nails are present in automotive, specialty vehicle, electronic and heating, ventilation, and cooling (HVAC), and wind energy applications. This conformable tape is engineered with a waterproof membrane and acrylic adhesive that helps protect interior environments from leakage at joints, including panels, floors, trim, and frames, by sealing around the fastener for a secure seal. Designed for reliability, the product provides an easy-to-use and effective alternative to slow-curing and messy liquid sealants while offering robust adhesion that sticks to most substrates.
