3M Double Coated Film Tape 9589 features a high-density polyethylene carrier with synthetic rubber adhesive on a densified kraft paper liner. It combines high initial adhesion and good holding power to ensure it bonds to a variety of materials. The paper liner has been specially treated to improve its strength and removability characteristics.
