Product Description

3M™ Double Coated Tape GPT-020TF is an 8 mil (200 micron), high-tack, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with an unbranded, translucent red, 3.1 mil (80 micron) polypropylene liner. Ideal for automated processes and easy to convert due to the flexibility of the film, it bonds to a variety of high to low-surface energy materials, such as glass and stainless steel, while providing excellent humidity resistance. Combining a high level of peel and shear performance this general-use tape allows for high-temperature applications up to 300 °F (149 °C) in short-term operations and up to 200 °F (93 °C) for long-term use. 3M™ Double Coated Tape GPT-020TF is suited for a wide range of purposes, including point-of-purchase displays, indoor and outdoor signage bonding, billboard mounting, paper bonding and packaging, splicing, furniture and decorative trim adhesion, and many more.

  • HANDLES HIGH TEMPERATURES: Suitable for short-term use at temperatures up to 300 °F (149 °C) or long-term use withstanding up to 200 °F (93 °C)
  • PRODUCT OPTIONS: Available in standard roll format (1540 mm wide in either 50 m or 500 m lengths) and level wound rolls (6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, and 19 mm)
