3M™ Electrically Conductive Single-Sided Tape 1020BC Series is an XYZ-axis electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (CPSA) tape that helps enable devices to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements. It consists of a conductive black copper foil backing, a conductive acrylic adhesive layer and a polyester (PET) release liner. This black copper foil tape provides excellent XYZ-axis-based conductivity, reliable contacts to small-size grounding areas and excellent EMI shielding and electrical reliability over time. The thin profile makes it a great option for applications with less Z-space. It offers high adhesion and good grounding performance to many surface types.
