Product Description

3M™ UV Activated Film 81075 is a UV-activated and curable film with semi-structural strength but handles like a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). Delivered between two polyester silicone release liners, this clear, slightly yellow film creates precise bonds with very little shrinkage while ensuring good bond line visual appearance. With the added benefits of good shear strength, high modulus, and a thin profile, 3M™ UV Activated Film 81075 is a robust alternative to traditional bonding methods.

Features

CURING TIME: Achieves green strength within an hour and full bond at room temperature within 24 hours following UV activation
VARIOUS SUBSTRATES: Creates excellent bond strength on most medium and high surface energy materials
GOOD AESTHETICS: Bonds with very low shrinkage and with good bond line visual appearance
BONDING, REIMAGINED: Stronger bonds than tapes; easier to apply than liquid adhesives; and activated with light, rather than heat
DUAL LINERED CONFIGURATION: Delivered on a clear, 38 μm PET front liner and clear, 50 μm anti-static PET back liner
FAMILIAR FEEL: Processes and performs like a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) before UV activation, including the ability to die cut for thin precision bonding
